Returns and exchanges
You may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that all items are unused, unwashed, unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.
Once we receive the returned items, we’ll confirm this via email.
Returns:
You will be refunded the full product price (excluding shipping fees, customs duties, and additional taxes).
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for gift cards, fabric samples, cut-to-length fabric, or custom orders.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs fees and import taxes are non-refundable.
How to return an item
In order to return an item, a return request must be sent by email, to hello@linencult.com.
Please write down in the email: order number, returnable item, reason of return;
After we will send you our email confirmation, the package should be sent to the following address:

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. LinenCult is not responsible for items lost in transit.
If items are returned damaged, we reserve the right to reduce the refund accordingly.
What if the item is defective?
If you received an item with a manufacturer’s defect (wrong size, color, broken seams, etc.), please contact us within 30 days of delivery. In this case, we will cover all return shipping costs and assist with an exchange or refund.
