Gentle Washing

Always wash your linen textiles in cold or lukewarm water, ideally between 30°C (86°F) and 40°C (104°F). This helps maintain the natural fibers and prevents unnecessary wear and tear.

Use Mild Detergents

Opt for mild, bleach-free detergents to preserve the color and texture of your linen. Harsh chemicals can damage the fabric and shorten its lifespan.

Avoid Overloading

Do not overload your washing machine. Overloading can cause excessive creasing and prevent proper cleaning. Give your linen space to move freely.

Air Dry When Possible

Air drying is the best option for linen. If you need to use a dryer, select a low heat setting, ideally below 50°C (122°F), to avoid shrinkage and keep the fabric soft.

Iron Damp

Iron your linen while it is still slightly damp for a crisp, clean look. Use a medium to high heat setting, approximately 200°C (390°F), with steam for best results.

Proper Storage

Store your linen in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent discoloration. Fold your items neatly to avoid deep creases and keep them fresh.

Prompt Stain Treatment

Address stains immediately using gentle stain removers. Avoid vigorous rubbing, which can damage the fibers. Blot the stain gently and rinse with cold water.

Professional Cleaning for Delicates

For delicate or heavily soiled linen items, consider professional cleaning. This ensures thorough care without risking damage to the fabric.

Rotate Usage

Rotate the use of your linen textiles to ensure even wear. This helps maintain their appearance and prolongs their life.

Avoid Harsh Conditions

Keep linen away from sharp objects and abrasive surfaces to prevent snags and tears. Handle with care to maintain its pristine condition.

Please note that all orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

Keep in mind that orders placed on Friday afternoons, weekends, or National Holidays will be processed on the next business day. Additionally, during holiday periods like Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and Easter, there may be delays. It’s advisable to allow for a few extra business days during such times for your order to be processed and dispatched.

Free In-Store Pickup. Customers can opt to pick up their purchased items at our physical store located at Brastos str. 9, Kaunas. This option is available during our operating hours from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

DPD Parcel Lockers. For added convenience, we offer delivery to DPD parcel lockers located across Lithuania. Customers can select the nearest courier location for their parcel to be delivered.

Omniva Parcel Lockers. Similarly, we also provide delivery to Omniva parcel lockers throughout Lithuania. Customers can choose the most convenient courier location for their parcel delivery.

International Delivery Options

Worldwide Delivery. We extend our shipping services to all countries worldwide. Parcels are dispatched using reputable courier services such as UPS or DHL. Shipping costs are determined based on the specific country and the weight of the parcel. For oversized parcels, please reach out to us for further assistance and clarification on shipping rates.
